Marine Ecotoxicology Research Station (MERS)

Mission: To conduct research that will provide an understanding of the effects of contaminants on marine ecosystems. This will promote:

  • Proper decision-making in environmental management leading to better preservation of marine biological resources, and the

  • Enhancement of the quality of marine biological resources, and ultimately, of human life.
