1996. We derived scenarios for hydraulic modeling from this historical record. We chose
the year with a mean annual flow greater than 95% of the years on record (1928) to
represent a wet hydrologic regime and the year with a mean annual flow greater than only
than 5% of the years on record (1956) to represent a dry hydrologic regime.
