Case Description

FWS received five payments totaling $217,963.64 in 1994-1995 as a result of a bankruptcy settlement. In July of 2006, those funds plus interest totaled $346,644.24 were released to the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge for coastal wetland restoration. Restoration is complete.
