Case Description

In 2000, fuel oil was released into the Indian River Estuary by the Indian River Power Plant owned at that time by Delmarva Power & Light Company (DP&L). Over a 10 year period, 600,000 gallons of oil leaked underground impacting fringe marsh and shoreline habitat.
