Case Description

Magellan is the owner of, and Enterprise and MAPL are the operators of, an anhydrous ammonia pipeline from which there was a release of anhydrous ammonia on October 27, 2004, in Kingman, Kansas. Numerous investigations have concluded that the release of anhydrous ammonia from the pipeline in Kingman, Kansas resulted in the contamination of aquatic resources with elevated levels of anhydrous ammonia.
