Project Description

Blue Ridge Partnership for Regional Invasive Species Management (PRISM) will complete an invasive species removal pilot project that will protect other areas in the watershed from the spread of a noxious weed, wavyleaf grass, improving habitat for wildlife and recreation. In 2022, additional funds were approved to expand and continue this program - including the addition of two sites for additional wavyleaf grass removal, as well as autumn olive removal.
